2001 Retreat Programme
25 February - Young Carmelite Sunday
(for 18-35 year-olds)
These Sunday afternoons provide an opportunity for 18-35 year
olds to meet together, to pray and share. There are three main sessions,
focussing on praying the Scriptures, discussing Theology, and sharing Spirituality.
The sessions commence at 3pm, and finish with a light meal at 6.15. We
celebrate Eucharist before the first session, at 2.20.

A day to pray and reflect on how the ‘joyful
season’ of Lent is symbolic of all Christian life.

(02) 16 - 18 March - Teach Us to Pray I - Recollection and
Meditation
Lessons from the early prayer life of St
Teresa of Avila. “If I had understood that in this little palace of my
soul dwelt so great a King I would not have left Him alone.”

their celebration of the Easter liturgies. Take time to enter into the
passion, death and resurrection of the Lord.
